(*) Providers participating in government procurement shall provide declarations or promises that they have no major illegal records in their operations during the past three years of participating in government procurement activities;

（*）拟参加本项目的投标人、法定代表人及授权委托人均未被司法机关列入失信被执行人名单，以中华人民共和国最高人民法院官方网站（shixin.court.gov.cn/index.html）查询结果为准，被列入上述名单的投标人不得参加本项目；

(*) The bidders, legal representatives and authorized trustees who intend to participate in the project have not been listed by the judicial organs as the Executees of dishonesty. The results of the inquiry on the official website of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China (shixin.court.gov.cn/index.html) shall prevail. Bidders who are listed in the above-mentioned list shall not be allowed to participate in the project. ;

（*）拟参加本项目的投标人未被列入企业经营异常名录、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信名单，以信用中国官方网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）查询结果为准，被列入上述名单的投标人不得参加本项目；

(*) Bidders who intend to participate in this project are not included in the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of serious violations and dishonesty in government procurement. The results of the inquiry on the official website of China (www.creditChina.gov.cn) shall prevail. Bidders who are included in the above list shall not be allowed to participate in this project.

（*）与招标人存在利害关系可能影响采购公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标；单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加同一标包投标或者未划分标包的同一项目投标；集团公司中母公司与子公司不得同时参加同一标包投标或者未划分标包的同一项目投标；同一公司具有独立法人的子公司同时参加同一标包投标或者未划分标包的同一项目投标时最多不得超过两家（以登记的先后顺序为准）；

(*) Legal persons, other organizations or individuals with an interest in the tenderer who may affect the fairness of the procurement shall not participate in the bidding; the person in charge of the unit shall be the same person or the different units with a controlling or management relationship, and shall not participate in the same tender or the same project tender without dividing the tenders at the same time; and the group company shall not participate in the same tender or the same project tender without dividing the tenders.
