(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements relevant policies such as compulsory government procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises for the disabled, support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, and support for underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas.
