(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This bidding will implement relevant policies such as mandatory or priority procurement of energy-saving and environmental labeling products by the government, promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, promotion of employment for people with disabilities, support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, support for underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas, and restrictions on the procurement of imported products. If the manufacturer (or service provider) of the bidding product is a small and medium-sized enterprise that meets the requirements of Article * of the "Management Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (Caiku [**** No.**) (the meaning of small and medium-sized enterprises referred to in this bidding document is the same as this), the bidder must provide a "Smal and Medium sized Enterprise Declaration Letter" in the bidding document in a format that meets the requirements of Attachment *
