二、招标范围
Scope of Bidding
本次招标采购物资： 一座***混凝土搅拌站 。包含但不限于设备的设计、制造、国内运输、出口、海运、清关、进口、运输到达、掏箱、指导安装等服务。
The procurement equipment for this bidding: a *** concrete mixing plant. Including but not limited to equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, export, sea freight, customs clearance, import, transportation arrival, unpacking, installation guidance and other services.

三、投标须知
Instructions to Bidders
投标单位必 须是在菲律宾注册的合法企业，具有搅拌站销售商业许可及合法纳税，并有在菲律宾*个及以上搅拌站销售及指导安装业绩。
The bidding unit must be a legal enterprise registered in the Philippines, with a commercial license for the sale of mixing plants and legal taxation, and have sales and installation guidance performance in three or more mixing plants in the Philippines.
投标单位须在****年*月**日上午**：**（北京时间）前将报价文件发送至招标人邮箱：**************@hotmail.com，逾期投标无效。

四、搅拌站技术要求
Technical Request
搅拌站设备包含搅拌主机、配料机、斜皮带机（**度，**.*米）、主体结构、称量系统、骨料中间仓、除尘系统、卸料装置、气动系统、监控系统、电操系统操作软件、控制室、防雷系统、安装底架、防雨雨棚、螺旋输送机、粉料筒仓及附件等。
The mixing plant equipment includes mixing host, batching machine, inclined belt conveyor (** degrees, **.* meters), main structure, weighing system, aggregate intermediate bin, dust removal system, unloading device, pneumatic system, monitoring system, electric operation system operating software, control room, lightning protection system, installation bottom frame, rain shelter, screw conveyor, powder silo and accessories, etc.

五、付款方式
