(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Implement government procurement of energy-saving products and products with environmental labels, promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for the disabled, and support relevant policies such as those for underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Have the ability to independently bear civil liability and the corresponding performance ability;
This project is not specifically targeted at procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises;
Must possess the "Practice License for Medical Institutions" issued by the health administrative department;
Different suppliers whose unit responsible persons are the same individual or have a direct holding or management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. Suppliers that provide overall design, specification preparation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of this procurement project;
Consortium bids are not accepted for this tender, and contract transfer and subcontracting are not allowed.
