简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为进一步做好南汇新城镇治安特保服务项目，提升临港新城派出所辖区内环境面貌，按照南汇新城镇人民政府的统一部署和要求，现拟购买辅警力量服务，增强临港新城派出所辖区内的街面治安巡逻、夜间设卡、配合性抓捕、看守押解、协助属地政府和公安部门对临港新城派出所辖区范围内进行社会维稳工作等。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to further improve the public security special service project of Nanhui New Town, enhance the environmental appearance within the jurisdiction of Lingang Town Police Station, and according to the unified deployment and requirements of the Nanhui New Town People's Government, it is now planned to purchase auxiliary police force to strengthen street public security patrols, nighttime checkpoints, cooperative captures, custody and escort, and assist the local government and public security departments in social stability maintenance work within jurisdiction of Lingang New Town Police Station.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: *. Must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of our country (the project does not accept of branches in the procurement activities under their own names); *. Possess a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security department *. Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the "Guiding Opinions on Connecting with International High Standards for Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting of Government Procurement in Pilot Areas" (Hu Cai Cai [****] No. **) shall not participate in the procurement of this project. *. The project does not allow subcontracting.
