（*）项目负责人具有公路工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；
（*）报名截止之日前三年内，在政府采购活动中无不良行为记录；
（*）公司资产状况良好，具有履行合同所必需的设备；依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金，具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (*) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (*) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (*) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction; (*) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level * or above in the field of highway engineering; (*) Within the three years prior to the registration deadline, there is no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (*) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
